Service Description

Tech services like Geek Squad cost a lot of money but often don't provide the personalized, easy-to-understand instruction people need to learn and become more tech literate in the long term. During these in-person tech help appointments, make better use of your phone or computer, use new or old programs more effectively, or troubleshoot that pesky pop-up issue you can't seem to resolve. Rather than focus solely on resolving your technology issue, these sessions provide instruction so that you can learn to handle the issue in the future. Host the appointment in your home or we can meet at a public library to work on your technology issue. I have experience assisting people with all levels of technological literacy, including elders in assisted living facilities. These appointments are not intended for large-scale computer issues involving hardware, or network-level needs. All clients may request a personalized set of instructions to help with their appointment-related needs for an additional $50 fee.
