Service Description

Tech services like Geek Squad can cost way too much, even for help with simple tasks. During these remote tech help appointments, learn how to make better use of your phone, computer, or troubleshoot that pesky pop-up issue you can't seem to resolve. Rather than focus solely on resolving your technology issue, these sessions provide instruction so that you can learn to handle the issue in the future. Using a combination of Zoom's screen sharing function, and Team Viewer (a remote desktop viewing app), we can troubleshoot your technological woes together. I have experience assisting people with all levels of technological literacy, including elders in assisted living facilities. These appointments are not intended for large-scale computer issues involving hardware, or network-level needs.
