You don't have to be da Vinci to enjoy drawing. A Drexel University study published in Art Therapy in 2016 found that drawing releases stress reduction hormones for everyone, regardless of skill level. Learn basic tips and techniques for drawing, and how to make drawing a stress relieving practice. We will meet regularly to share art, sketches, or doodles we've been working on with other group members, and enjoy built in time to free sketch and chat.
