About the event
Francine Figueora, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), will guide us in a webinar and in discussing the what, where, when, and how's of anxiety. Our objective and/or goal for the webinar is to provide a practical understanding, evidence based research statistics, and applicable coping skills to use when experiencing general anxiety during the conditions of social distancing and beyond. Please note that this is a general introduction to anxiety management and does not take place of the formal assessment and/or medical, psychological, or psychiatric assessment or treatment for anxiety.
Registration is required to attend this program. You will receive a Zoom invitation the morning of the program.
Francine Figueroa holds a Masters of Social Work from Rutgers Graduate School of Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey. She has practiced Psychotherapy since 2012, providing group and individual therapy to adopted children, 'tweens' and adolescents, and has also obtained specialized training in Family Based Therapy and in treating Eating Disorders. Francine is the Director and Owner of Aligned Therapies.
