In any group--whether it's a workplace, a hobby related club, an advocacy team, or co-creators--not everyone comes to the table with the same level of technology experience and digital literacy skills. Rather than add the burden of teaching to your colleagues' or employees' already full plate, outsource the job to us. We specialize in technology instruction that is well-considered, strategic, and tailored to your unique group's competencies, needs, and long-term goals. You will see the financial investment pay off in terms of output, productivity, and engagement with your audience. Your hour-long appointment comes with a complimentary half hour consultation so we can assess your needs and create a training module that covers everything you need your team to know. We will offer you quotes for various options of instruction, and we can proceed with future bookings flexibly depending upon your team's progress. We will create supporting instruction resources such as procedures, slides, video tutorials, and/or manuals for an additional fee set to the scale of the resource. What we can help with: - Using social media business accounts to promote your group and/or small business - Creating, sharing, and collaborating on Google Drive - Making better use of MS Office or Google Suite programs - Organizing, storing, and retrieving information digitally - Managing digital communications and workflows - Setting up a better system for scheduling or internal communication - Editing website through content managers and recommending improvements for site usability and staff efficiency - Instructing on other technology topics as needed during impromptu staff development and/or support days What we cannot help with: - Computer hardware, repair, and/or workplace network configurations - On call or contracted day-to-day IT support or troubleshooting - Systemic or organization-wide cybersecurity risk assessment and protection - Routine website content management and/or coding, development, or redesign - Graphic design or creation for website or other advertising copy You may also contact us directly to introduce us to your group and see if we are the right fit for your technology instruction needs.
